Detailed placement and sizing for the monogram logo (front) and Calvary scene (back). Two print methods: DTG for hoodies, embroidery for hats.

Printful Setup
Printful handles all printing and fulfillment. Design files are uploaded to each product template, synced with Shopify, and fulfilled on-demand when orders come in.
Setup Workflow

Create Product Template in Printful Select blank (SS4500 hoodie or 6245CM hat), choose color, set sizes available

Upload Design Files Front: monogram logo positioned at left chest (3.5"). Back: Calvary scene + script (12-14"). Match design color to garment combo.

Set Print Method Hoodies: DTG printing. Hats: Embroidery. Printful handles production based on method.

Sync to Shopify Printful auto-syncs products to the Rishon Legacy Shopify store. Sets pricing, generates listings.

Upload Mockups Replace Printful's default mockups with custom-generated ones from the mockup generator script.

Design file requirements: All design files must be high-resolution PNG with transparent backgrounds. DTG requires 300 DPI minimum. Embroidery files should be clean vectors converted to the appropriate stitch format by Printful.

- Input: Design files (monogram logo, Calvary scene) + blank garment templates
- Processing: Composites design files onto garment templates per color/placement specs
- Output: Mockup images for all 6 hoodie and 6 hat variants
- Usage: Run once when designs are finalized, re-run if designs change
